The MVCCPA developed a Textbook Scholarship Fund to assist students with providing funds for textbooks/supplies for a course.  This fund was established in the Fall 2019 semester to aid students in purchasing their textbook and/or supplies related to a course.

A committee of MVCCPA members reviews any student application for use of the fund based on the following criteria:

• The MVCCPA will not fund a student’s entire Academic Advantage Pack for any given semester.
• Funds will be used to purchase supplies, access codes, and/or a textbook for one course.
• The student can only use the textbook scholarship fund once in their career at MVCC.
• The student must have exhausted any other source of funds with the textbook scholarship fund being their last option.

Students interested in applying for this scholarship fund should contact the committee chair, Grace Costello, with your M number and the materials that you are specifically asking for assistance with (such as your textbook for EN101 or art supplies for FA101).
